James Quin Baker
James Quin Baker graduated from Florida State University in 1991 with a degree in Finance and from Mississippi College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree in 1994. From 1994 to 1996, he was a State of Florida prosecuting trial attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida. He joined the firm in 1996 to concentrate his practice on personal injury, consumer insurance disputes and social security disability claims. He has over 15 years of extensive trial experience in the State and Federal Courts of Florida and Alabama.
James Quin Baker also has extensive experience advocating in administrative proceedings for Social Security Disability claimants who have initially been denied benefits. He is a member of both the Florida Bar Association and Alabama Bar Association. He is a past President of the First Circuit Trial Lawyers Association currently known as the First Circuit Justice Association.
